I’ve spent years of my life at different stages in service of Army Special Operations, the in-person fitness training space, and most recently, the fast-paced software industry.
I walk the walk. I manage a full-time corporate job, fitness coaching, marriage, and my own fitness goals at the same time. I bring the structure and know-how how of full-time military life and fitness training to the real world; one where we need to balance fitness along with work, friends, and family.
